POLICE are hunting a gang of thieves who have struck at the homes of three elderly women within 12 hours.
The OAPs, aged 80, 85 and 89, were targeted in Porthcawl and detectives now want to warn Replica Gucci New items Handbags other local pensioners.
Detective Inspector Paul Kennedy said: ``We don't know how the victims were targeted, this is something we are looking at but there was obviously some sort of premeditation.''
The first burglary happened in Church Place in the early hours of May 27 when the flat of an 85-yearold woman was broken into through an insecure rear patio door.
A black, multi-coloured handbag containing cash, credit cards and a set of keys was stolen from a chair in the living room as she slept.
The second happened at noon when a stranger walked into the home of an 80-year-old woman on Severn Road.
Half an hour later, the home of an 89-year-old woman in the same street was broken into while she was in the garden and pounds 90 was stolen from relica rolex a pot in the kitchen.
Det Insp Kennedy said: ``We are connecting each of the three burglaries because they occurred in the same locality and the victims were in the same age group.
``We are fully investigating each of the incidents and police patrols in the area have been increased.
``But we are appealing to people living in the community to be particularly vigilant, to keep an eye on elderly people living in their locality and if they do see someone acting suspiciously to note their description and to contact their local police station.''
